| Remuneration | Rates for Japanese to English translation are from 5 yen per Japanese character up However, when using TRADOS there will be a sliding rate according to the matching ratio. |

Translation QA Readers
| Work Involved | Taking charge of Quality Assurance for the word usage in localization projects. Deciding policy in contact with the project managers and giving appropriates instructions for translators and translation QA. |

| Requirements | You must pass TOIN's trial. You must have advanced translation skills. Wide knowledge of the localization process. The ability to use various translation tools. Able to make accurate decisions based on experience. Having experience of leadership would be highly beneficial. |
| Conditions | Differ according to experience and skills. For someone meeting all the above requirements, payment of 3000 yen or more per hour is possible. |
